We provide a wide range of services for battery safety, including battery abuse tests (BAT), calorimetry and emission measurements during fire exposure and thermal runaway. Our battery abuse tests comprise, nail penetration, overcharging, drop, fire propagation and other tests. We perform tests at cell, module, pack and system level.

Our services comprise standardised tests (e.g. UN/ECE R100.02) for lithium ion and other battery types as well as ad-hoc testing in our larger flexible indoor and outdoor facilities. Test campaigns include also the destruction of the tested batteries, if desired.
