The RISE report "Silo fire guideline, 13 measures and 4 warnings" is now published. This is a guideline about silo fires, based on the handbook “Silo Fires”.
The guideline summarizes 13 measures and decisions needed in connection with a suspected or confirmed silo fire and 4 warnings on what to avoid. The guideline is available in Norwegian and English.
The study is funded by the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) and Fire Research and Innovation Centre (FRIC).
